Welcome to Kartly.gift, a digital gifting platform owned and operated by CMV Technologies International Pvt Ltd. By accessing or using our website, services, or purchasing a gift card, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • By using Kartly.gift, you confirm that all details provided (name, email, phone number, payment info) are accurate and complete.

2. Services

  • Kartly.gift enables you to browse, purchase, and send digital gift cards from a variety of partner brands.
  • The availability of brands and card denominations may change without prior notice.
  • All gift cards are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the issuing brand (including validity, redemption process, and usage restrictions).

3. Orders & Delivery

  • Orders are processed once payment is successfully received.
  • Gift cards are delivered electronically via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp, based on your selection.
  • Delivery is usually instant, but delays may occur due to technical or network issues. Kartly.gift is not responsible for delays outside our control.
  • Please ensure the recipient’s details are correct. Kartly.gift is not liable for incorrect deliveries caused by inaccurate information provided by the buyer.

4. Payments

  • We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets via secure payment gateways.
  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (if any).
  • Once purchased, gift cards cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.

5. Redemption & Validity

  • Each gift card carries a validity period as set by the issuing brand. Expired cards cannot be redeemed.
  • Redemption instructions are provided with each gift card.
  • Brands may restrict usage of multiple gift cards in a single transaction—please check brand-specific policies.
  • Kartly.gift is not responsible for loss, theft, or unauthorized use of gift cards after delivery.

6. Corporate & Bulk Orders

  • Kartly.gift provides corporate gifting and bulk order solutions.
  • Bulk orders may require additional verification and customized invoicing.
  • Special terms may apply for corporate clients, communicated separately.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kartly.gift acts as a facilitator between you and the brand issuing the gift card.

Our liability is limited to the value of the gift card purchased from us.

8. Prohibited Uses

  • Use Kartly.gift for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes.
  • Resell, duplicate, or tamper with gift cards.
  • Misuse the platform for spamming or abusing recipients.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Kartly.gift is owned by CMV Technologies International Pvt Ltd.
  • You may not copy or use our content without written permission.

10. Privacy

Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how your information is collected and used.

11. Changes to Terms

  • Kartly.gift may update these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use means acceptance of updated terms.
