Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Kartly.gift (owned by CMV Technologies International Pvt Ltd), we strive to provide a seamless and transparent digital gifting experience. Since our products are digital gift cards that are issued instantly, please read the policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellations

Once a gift card is purchased and delivered, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as digital codes are generated instantly and activated with the brand.

Please ensure that the recipient’s details (email, mobile number, WhatsApp) are entered correctly at the time of purchase. Kartly.gift will not be responsible for incorrect deliveries caused by wrong details entered by the customer.

In case of a payment failure where the amount is debited but the gift card is not delivered, please contact our support team. We will either:

  • Deliver the gift card once the transaction is verified, or
  • Process a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only possible under the following situations:

  • The payment was processed, but the gift card could not be delivered due to a technical issue on our end.
  • The brand fails to honor a valid gift card code (after verification by Kartly.gift and the issuing brand).
  • Duplicate charges or payments made due to a technical error.

Refunds will be:

  • Processed to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking).
  • Initiated within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
  • Subject to bank and payment gateway timelines.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The gift card has already been delivered and redeemed (partially or fully).
  • The gift card has expired due to non-usage within the validity period.
  • Incorrect recipient details were provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
  • The customer changes their mind after purchase.

4. Failed / Pending Transactions

In case of failed or pending transactions, please allow up to 48 hours for reconciliation with the payment gateway.

If the issue persists, reach out to our support team with the order ID, transaction ID, and payment screenshot for faster resolution.

5. Corporate & Bulk Orders

For bulk or corporate orders, cancellation or refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Any refunds (if applicable) will follow the same original payment method policy.
