Replacement Policy

At Kartly.gift (by CMV Technologies International Pvt Ltd), we aim to ensure that every digital gift card you purchase works smoothly. However, in rare cases, if your gift card does not function as intended, you may be eligible for a replacement from the brand's side.

Please read the terms below carefully.

1. Eligibility for Replacement

A replacement request may be considered if:

  • The gift card code is invalid or not accepted by the brand’s system.
  • The gift card brand delivered is different from the one ordered.
  • The delivery link/code is not working due to technical issues on our platform.

2. Scrutiny & Verification Process

Before issuing a replacement, Kartly.gift will conduct a thorough verification process in coordination with the issuing brand partner. This includes:

  • Validating the original purchase details (Order ID, delivery details, and payment confirmation).
  • Checking the redemption status of the gift card.
  • Confirming with the brand whether the card is active, valid, or blocked.
⚠️Important: A replacement will only be approved if the brand confirms that the card was faulty or not activated at their end. If the card has already been redeemed, expired, or misused, replacement will not be possible.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement will not be provided if:

  • The card has already been redeemed (fully or partially).
  • The card has expired as per brand validity rules.
  • Incorrect recipient details (email, mobile number, WhatsApp) were entered at the time of purchase.
  • The issue arises due to brand-specific restrictions or policies outside Kartly.gift’s control.

4. Resolution Timeline

  • Replacement requests may take up to 7–14 business days, depending on the brand’s response time.
  • If approved, a new gift card code of the same brand and value will be issued to the original purchaser or recipient.
  • If replacement is not possible, and the fault lies with the brand, Kartly.gift will assist you in escalating the case with the brand directly.

5. How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement, please email us at admin@kartly.gift with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Recipient details (Email/Mobile/WhatsApp)
  • Transaction ID or payment receipt
  • Screenshots of the error message while redeeming (if applicable)

6. Corporate Orders

  • For corporate and bulk orders, replacement requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, in coordination with the concerned brand
